Grenada

Grenada is a Caribbean island known as the "Spice Island" for its cultivation of nutmeg, the main export product. The capital is St. George's, famous for its natural harbor and colonial-style houses.

With a history of European colonization, Grenada gained independence in 1974. The culture blends African, French, and British influences, with musical traditions like calypso and soca, and the Grenada Carnival.

The island is famous for its beaches, rainforests, waterfalls, and spice plantations. Tourism and agriculture, particularly nutmeg, are the main economic sources.

The climate is tropical, with a rainy season from June to December.
